Monica Gelinas participated as one of the reviewers in development with Cornell Cooperative Extension, Cornell Small Farms Program, Sustainable Agriculture Research & Education, and NYS Ag and Markets for the new ‘Baskets to Pallets’ curriculum focused on small-scale producer readiness to enter wholesale markets.
